1-2 years of job experience as personal assistant
Higher education
Excellent English (Advantage: Good –speaking German)
Drive license and at least 3 years of driving experience! (in order to combine assistant work with the position of personal driver)
Good communicative skills, polite, responsible, tactful and clever
Ability to:
Deal tactfully with people; maintain confidentiality of information; write legibly to record information; prepare simple correspondence; understand and follow oral and written instructions; read and understand manuals; verbally communicate information clearly and concisely to others.
