Робота: Recruitment Manager

An International Supply Chain Company with 100% foreign funding is looking for a talented Recruitment Manager for it’s Ukrainian Office based near Kiev.
Requirements: 25-35 years old, University degree, experience no less than 2 years experience in HR, good working knowledge of the main HR methods, procedures and basic labour law, excellent working knowledge of English, Ukrainian and Russian languages (written and verbal), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to cope with an intensive work schedule, proactive approach to life (highly result orientated), ability to implement many different tasks simultaneously.
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet…)
Main Responsibilities:
• To complete all tasks relative to recruitment, hiring and motivation of personnel and assist in their adaptation into the company team.
• Implementation of regular salary analysis for key positions.
• To understand and support company ethics and staff policy and assist in the development of corporate culture.
