Our client is a leading foreign development company, which is looking for Chief Engineer, Kiev

Requirements:
- Age – 35-50 y.o;
- Higher professional education;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in successful project implementation (participation in all stages);
- Knowledge of the complex of regulatory requirements for design and construction;
- Knowledge in investment and legal activities;
- Competency in project finance;
- Ready for business trips;
- Proficiency in computer and MS Project applications (or similar)

Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with the construction companies;
- Project management from “0” to “turn key”;
- Control over project construction on all stages;
- Organization of the tender process to attract external resources
- Manage budget, operation timeline and project risk
