Робота: Financial Director

Our Client (100% foreign investment), producer and wholesaler of agricultural commodities and products, is looking for Financial Director.

Company location: Kherson

Key Responsibilities:

*Financial Director is reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director overseas.
*Control and oversight of the Finance Department of the Company’s manufacturing unit (based 40 minutes drive from Kherson).
*Responsibility for the accounting control and overview of both operations, liasing directly with local accountants and operating managers to ensure all financial and admin matters are dealt with appropriately including.
*Highlighting and resolving issues with regard to local laws and interaction with trade flows from overseas.
*Responsible for all financial, administrative and control issues relating to all Ukrainian entities.
*Liaison with auditors, lawyers and advisers (as and when necessary).
*Coordinator for tax issues.


QUALIFICATIONS:

*University degree in Finance, Accounting;
*A good knowledge of local tax, accounting and financing including trade finance and bank finance.
*4+ years experience on a similar position in commerce or banking.
*A working knowledge of UK/International Accounting standards.
*Commodity / Futures experience as a plus.
*Good communication skills to work with commercial, financial and professional colleagues.
*Strong personality; high level of autonomy;
*Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive efficiency;
*Business fluency in Russian and English.
*Readiness to business trips within Ukraine and abroad.
