Job description / Mission:

- Lead of reporting and taxation processes: responsible for the preparation of all official reports and tax returns
- Support Business Areas and Finance team providing professional advices regarding the statutory accounting legislation and tax advices
- Ensure in Compliance to statutory legislation and company's standards, Business Code of Practice
- Assess tax risks and risk management
- Internal controls: establish proper level of controls over accounting, taxation and reporting processes, actively participate in policies and procedures implementation
- ERP systems: actively participate in systems development, improvement
- Ensure in efficiency of processes in responsible areas, constant work on improvements and efficiency increase
- People management: management of 4 direct subordinates (may be more in future) and also informal leading the whole Finance team as expert and one of most senior person in finance local team
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Work with Tax Authorities (including settlements of issues, tax reconciliations, tax audit) and other authorities, be able to represent company and provide proper answers and comments
- Ensure and control proper transactions in both ledgers: statutory and group, control all adjustments
- Control period end closing
- Reconciliations of statutory books : monthly
- Monitor statutory accounting and tax legislation and update the whole Finance team (and company if relevant)
- Project management: actively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projects, including international ones

Experience Requirements:

- practical experience min 5-7 years in accounting and finance,
- min. 2-3 years on managers positions (Finance manager, Supervisor, Chief accountant, Finance Controller, etc.) in international companies
- strong knowledge in accounting, tax law

Knowledge / Educational requirements:

- High education in Accounting, Finance,
- Statutory certificate of Chief Accountant, audit license, ACCA, etc. is plus
- English - written and ability to hold meetings, teleconferences and presentations
- Advanced Excel
- Programmes: SCALA, SAP, SAP BW is plus
