Responsibilities:
- To develop the aftermarket structure and organization for After Market Sales and Service.
- Manage, motivate and develop both direct and indirect sales channels in order to maximize sales of the complete range of available service products and offerings to increase Market share.
- Manage Service Operation, operating costs and profitability, Responsible for warranty matters and reporting,
- Work on Developing Territory Management for the service organization
- Extend and build strong professional service organization
- Update and develop service operational financial and KPI’s reporting
- Control overall cost and profitability of all service operations functions in line with the annual target. Implement corrective actions if required
- Provide oversight for the processing of all transactions in connection with Service Agreements and Service Jobs
- Achieve set targets for net invoiced sales and profitability for both direct and indirect sales channels
- Monitor the compliance of processes and procedures with appropriate legislation and internal regulations
- Ensure outstanding competence in the area of service sales and marketing and to continuously improve and further educate both direct and indirect sales teams, by identifying training requirements and by coordinating training activities as required
- Steer marketing activities using the “Proactive sales management” principals,
- To actively execute service sales activities as part of the team.
- To provide quality service with high customer satisfaction
- To manage the Aftermarket Sales team with the aim to achieve the ambitious targets with regards to Market Coverage, Revenue, Profit and growth
- To manage Service Operational team to reduce response time to customers calls, maximize customer satisfaction, increase efficiencies, and technical support
- Strong commitment to strengthen the dealer aftermarket network and training.
Experience requirements
- Proven experience in leading and guiding the team
- Proven Commercial and business awareness
- Experience in managing sales channels
- Experience of sales territory management
- Solid experience in an aftermarket technical service organization preferred
- Technical skills and experience
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to travel (Ukraine, CIS countries and other countries) not less 60% of work time.
Knowledge
- Higher education (diploma in Engineering), and at least 3 years experience in a similar environment
- Relevant technical knowledge/trade qualifications
- English, fluency in both written and spoken;
- Driving licenсe,B
