Робота: Accountant Position

Fast growing international medical device company is looking for a successful candidate to fill Accountant Position. (Based in Odessa)



The ideal candidate to fill this position must be able to fulfil the following requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting or/and finance in multinational company
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Standards; GAAP/IFRS is a plus
- High degree of computer literacy, Excel, 1C; ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent business English
- Female aged 25-32


Main Responsibilities:


- Performs basic clerical duties associated with Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Receives and reviews invoices from distributors and vendors, matches documents, codes and batches, assembles financial reports for approval by appropriate international managers, and processes checks to send to vendors, and invoices to distributors
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Handle incoming calls from vendors and distributors regarding payments
- Other proper accounting work under request of supervisor or Chief Accountant
