Director of the trade representative office

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Job Task and Responsibilities
-create company strategy on Ukraine market
-prepare sales action
-schedule sales activity
-plan and conduct direct marketing activity
-make calls to new and existing customer
-visit customer and make a machines demonstration on customer job site
-conduct product training
-negotiation with clients
-ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship
-monitoring competitors, market condition and product development
-prepare sales reports

Skills and Specifications
-very good understanding of Ukraine local business environment principles
-proven success selling on Ukraine business to business market
-min 5 years of experience in sales
-familiar with construction market on Ukraine
-good communication and interpersonal skills
-be persuasive, well mannered and have good negotiation skills
-adaptability, stress tolerance and goal driven

Education and Qualification
-technical background on university master degree or high school level
-good knowledge of Microsoft office
-driving license
-English on communications level

The experience with industrial equipment is required
