Market Research Manager.

Responsibilities:
To manage the entire MKT Research business. From promotion with Clients, building of questionnaires, to training of inspectors collecting the data from the field towards analyzing and reporting to the Client.

Key Result Areas:
- Ability to create and maintain a team.
-To be able to motivate the team by clear plan of action
- Ability to collect and analyses historical data
-Ability to understand and project supply as well as demand side, and thus the price behavior
- Deep understanding of the Global Agrochemical and Seed business
- Ability to make forecast on crops and input utilization (seed / agrochem)
-Ability to represent the SGS research at various national and international platforms


Experience . Management position on Market Research Function on a top Seed and/ Agrochemical company/service provider.

Skills Various techniques used in research

Communication Fluency in English
Will frequently participate in presentations to Clients
Team Work Needs to be a good leader. Will constantly interact with the SGS Network.
