Job description

Operational/Producing:
- Internal supervision of the project execution through 3 main stages: preproduction, production, post production
- Executive communication and project supervision with the client (agency or client) and suppliers
- Cost effectiveness control and reports preparation
- Building healthy and friendly relationships with all the involving in the process parties.


Management/Supervising/Leadership:
- Supervision of the producing unit (Line producers, assistant producers)
- Coaching/training
- Act as a flagship/expertise holder of the company internally and externally.


Pitch/New Business:

- Helping new business department if needed in budgeting tender project
- Building strong relations with clients that should end up in repetitive cooperation.


Executive producer requirements

- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent English
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking
- Well-organized, outstanding prioritization skills
- Strong negotiations expertise
- Have passion for advertising
- Ability to work unrestricted hours
- 100% client service oriented
- Problem solver and excellent self stress manager.
