We are looking for an amazing Office and Project Manager to provide personalized administrative support in
a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a
variety of tasks related to our founder’s projects and businesses.

An experienced Office and Project Manager, you will ensure that our CEO
has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on business
development and high-level management issues. You will be an excellent
organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude. You will
ensure that we always focus on what matters most and you have the flexibility
to work in the dynamic and ever-evolving environment of digital marketing.
And most importantly, you are always the eye of the storm to remain calm
and to perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

What we are looking for:

• Ideally, you have already gained some relevant practical experience
during or after your training / studies, for example as a Finance Assistant
/ Management Assistant / Team Assistant / Office Manager / Operations
Manager or similar.
• You have a high affinity to everything that is happening in the digital
world, especially online marketing.
• You have great knowledge of project management systems as well as
software solutions such as Trello, Asana, Slack and Hubspot.
• You are experienced with Apple Keynote and Pages
• You have strong English and German language skills
• Your organisational and time management skills are outstanding
• You are always up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• You are able to prioritize your daily workload
• Your verbal and written communications skills are excellent
• You handle everything with full discretion and confidentiality

Your tasks:

• Act as the point of contact between the CEO, the team and our clients
• Team briefings and supervision of the projects progress
• Diligent Budgeting and financial planning
• Professional task and project management
• Video conferences and phone calls
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system

accounting. Your goal is to ensure that one hundred percent of your invoices
are correct and that the company always focuses on increasing its
profitability.

collaboration to the next level! In your first year you will have created and
optimized cross-team processes.

Communications - Within your first year,you will often have become our face
for customers and have corresponded with them via phone, email &

have inspired many people by great copywriting, for example of our website,
and you will have designed beautiful presentations with Keynote. In many
presentations you will have successfully brought in your business and online
marketing knowledge.
