Робота: Senior BlackBerry Software Engineer

SoftServe is looking for an experienced Senior BlackBerry Software Engineer to join our professional team.

Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in software projects development on technical or managerial leadership positions
• Experience in developing mobile applications with Blackberry SDK 6 and 7.
• Experience in developing application in Blackberry Media Apis (Camera,Barcode) and Voice recognition Apis.
• Good Knowledge in Blackberry Enterprise Server and Blackberry services.
• Experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. iPhone or Android) is a plus.
• Network connectivity (HTTP, raw sockets or otherwise).
• Expertise in consulting (on-site visits, assessments, etc)
• Proven success in technical leadership and coaching

General Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of design patterns, design approaches and concepts (Inversion of Control, Separation of Concerns, Design by Contract, etc)
• Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design

Specialized Knowledge:
• Mobile ecosystems understanding (devices, store, software, SDK, protocols, formats, policies, biz model, user-base, UI guidelines, security, partnership programs, licensing, consumer and enterprise use etc)
• Expertise and understanding of UI guidelines
• Trade-off analysis and decision making for Native App vs Mobile Web
• Understanding and vision for technologies: Wireless technologies, Mobile Payments, Bar-codes/QR Codes, etc
• Expert knowledge of mobile development tools, most popular libraries and frameworks

Skills & Abilities:
• English upper intermediate or higher
• Excellent estimation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leader and team player, people motivation
