SoftServe is looking for an experienced Development Center Director to join our professional team.

Job Purpose
Manage SoftServe Development Center. Assure that Development Center policies comply with SoftServe's requirements and that SoftServe's functions are properly integrated into Development Center processes. Assure and constantly improve Development Center cost efficiency. Strive to constantly develop and grow the Development Center.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes environment for efficient functioning of all Head Office functions (Delivery, Functional Offices, HR Department, Resource Management, SoftServe University, IT, Finance, Administration and Office Support) represented in the Development Center.
Directly manages local HR, ITA, Resource Management, Office Support, Accounting, Guard teams in close collaboration with the Head Office.
Establishes and maintains performance indicators for all DevCenter's processes in alignment with SoftServe standards.
Represents Development Center to entire SoftServe community and assures that all SoftServe organizations are comfortable to engage DevCenter into their activities
Ensures DevCenter local disciplinary activities for all DevCenter' s employees by supervising working discipline and team satisfaction. In case of issues DCD and employee's manager should collaboratively build and implement correction plans.

HR Functions Integration:Ensures HR Functions (EPM, ERM, IT Academy, HR PR) are properly developed and executed in DevCenter in collaboration with the Head Office HR Department:
Participates in budgets development, reviews and execution for HR Functions for DevCenter, suggests DC-specific correction. Budgets and grants bonuses for non-regular DC-specific activities.
Develops, validates, coordinates and facilitates execution of yearly, quarterly and monthly plans for HR Functions in collaboration with the Head Office
Participated in the hiring process for HR specialists for DevCenter. Reviews qualification and compensation models and suggests DC-specific corrections.
Participates in performance appraisals and salary review process for DevCenter's HR specialists
Ensures SoftServe is the best place to work on the local market
Promotes SoftServe brand on labor market
EPM process:Participates in critical PAs (conflict between employee and manager, disagreement with EPM rules, low PA scores during long period, etc)
Ensure employees' PA action plan execution through cooperation with TMG/CC
Advises, mentors employees and prevents their dismissal when appropriate
IT Academy's process
ERM process:Owns and holds welcome on-board individual meeting with newcomers Signs employees' application when Lviv manager delegates this authority Confirms work place and location for any employees' relocations

Resource Operations Functions Integration:
Ensures Resource Operations Functions (Resource management, recruitment) are properly developed and executed in DevCenter in collaboration with the Head Office Resource Operations Group:
Annual workforce planning process and quarterly workforce plan updates
Recruiting activities

Administrative Functions Integration:
Administration and Office Support activities
Finance, Accounting and Accounting PE activity

Delivery and Functional Offices Integration:
Delivery and Functional Offices activity: Implements corporate best practices and standards in resource and competence management and provides general supervision of the process; Inspires employees to participate company-wide events in competency development (knowledge sharing, conferences, seminars, etc)
Oversees project implementation in Development Center. Reveals and escalates risks, assists Delivery managers in project related issues resolution
Provides general supervision for DevCenter competencies development in coordination with Functional Offices

Education:
Bachelor degree or above
Business education (Desirable)

Experience:
5 years managerial experience
Managing at least 15 people
Technology background (Desirable)
