We search for HR Marketing and Recruitment Specialist with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Master degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field
• IT, HR related education is a plus


Experience:

• Industry related experience 1+ years is a plus
• Proven communicator/presenter


Specialized knowledge:

• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Understanding of offshore software development specifics
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
• English language level - fluent
• Ukrainian language level - proficiency
• Russian language level - proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
