We search for English Teacher with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Responsible for conducting English courses/training sessions to Elementary – Advanced students, testing SoftServe employees and IT Academy students.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting courses of all levels professionally—Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-intermediate, Advanced;
• Usage of Contemporary Interactive Methodologies: role plays, group work, conference calls, presentations, simulations;
• Compiling tests and additional materials;
• Filling in the documents using internal applications: reporting in SSE, tracking students’ progress in Training Manager--electronic register;
• Meeting attendance, additional tasks bearing, sharing experience via demo classes;
• Tailoring and Conducting Training sessions: Listening and speaking, reading and speaking, Speaking, Grammar, Pronunciation, etc;
• Compiling Courses/training Description or Analysis;
• Conducting specific training on Presentations, Telephoning, Video Course, Cultural Differences, Email/Letter Correspondence, Effective Meetings, Passing Technical Interview.

Education:

• Specialist/Master degree in Linguistics, translation/Interpretation, or similar

Specialized knowledge:

• Proficient in English

Experience:

• At least 2 years of teaching experience

Skills & Abilities:

• PC skills (user level)
• Good communication skills
• Self-management, time-management, self-organization skills
