We search for Requirements Manager/Business Analyst (Budgeting) with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders
• Document 'as-is' budget management processes
• Document current off-line tools/ IT systems used for budget management processes
• Analyze current processes and supporting IT systems to identify gaps and issues, hindering efficiency
• Draft detailed proposals for 'to be' processes for review by stakeholders
• Negotiate business requirements with stakeholders
• Verify functional requirement

Education:

• Bachelor degree or higher
• Degree in Finance (desirable)
Specialized knowledge:
• Understanding of compliance and the validity of requirements
• Understanding of requirements management techniques
• Knowledge of requirements management tools
• Understanding budgeting and planning processes
• Understanding of performance management and business intelligence concepts

Skills & Abilities:

• 2+ years of work in financial industry or finance related projects
• Communication experience on executive management level (VP, EVP, CEO)
• Good analytical skills
• Self- organization and attention to details
• Good inter-personal skills, ability to work as a team player
• Good communication skills
• Self-management, time management
• Ability to learn quickly in order to understand different business areas
• Ability to handle multi-tasking activities
• Strong computer skills
