We are looking for Junior IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Maintenance and troubleshooting of the user desktops, periphery devices (printers, scanners etc.), support of the meeting rooms

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science or similar


Specialized knowledge:

• Help Desk systems (desirable)
• MS Windows XP, Vista, Windows7
• MS Office
• Basic MS Windows Servers administering
• Basic Linux-like systems administering (desirable)
• Workstation hardware configuring
• Periphery devices configuring
• Basic TCP/IP protocol suite

Skills & Abilities:

• English pre-intermediate level or higher (desirable)
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to “get things done”
• Work using checklists


Other characteristics such as personal characteristics:

• Diligence
• Responsibility
• Accuracy
• Team player
• Client orientation

Professional Certification:

• MCP (desirable)

Experience:

• MS Windows Systems
• Linux (desirable)
• MAC OS (desirable)
