International IT-company is looking for QA Team Lead.
Main tasks:
• Managing QA team of 10 people (resource planning, allocation, load, stream distribution).
• Preparing test strategy and test plans.
• Supervising requirements.
• Collaboration with program management and customers on projects statuses.
• Communication with all project stakeholders.
• Supervising fulfilling test documentation (test cases, test datasets, test instructions).
• Administrating bug tracking tools (JIRA).
• Conducting automated tests.
Requirements:
• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 2 years of Team Lead working experience.
• Perfect management skills.
• Experience in bug-tracking systems
• Knowledge of technical documentation
• Good knowledge of manual / automated testing
