Job Purpose

The Program Manager is a manager is responsible for assisting President, Senior Management and the Board of Directors with communicating, executing, and reporting on strategic initiatives within our organization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• MBA or equivalent work experience

Skills & Abilities:


• Fluent English
• Through knowledge of the Balanced Score Card and how it is applied to strategy management
• Extensive strategic program implementation management experience
• Extensive experience in using metrics to evaluate strategy implementation.
• Ability to lead and inspire employees, to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, supervise and motivate subordinates.
• Requires an understanding of strategic and financial processes, including budgeting and project planning. Strong interpersonal skills, written and analytical skills are required.
• A high level of intensity and positive approach to embracing change
• Ability to schedule multiple tasks and priorities
• Demonstrate ability to focus collaborative efforts on the achievement of agreed outcomes within finite timeframes
• A consensus builder and team player with a collegial working style
• Highly articulate speaker with strong personal presence comfortable with junior employees, senior management and Board of Directors level interaction.

• People skills: Must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to motivate employees to collaborate and to include strategic initiative implementation tasks in their priorities
• Physical skills: Ability to sit, walk and stand for long periods and concentrate intensely on pertinent issues.
• Mental skills: The ability to view the long-range trends and cycles of the business to see the “big picture”.

Experience:

• 5+ years of strategic program implementation management experience.
• Deep experience working with cascaded Balanced Scorecard approach to managing strategic initiative implementation
