We search for Mobility Solution Manager with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science or similar


Specialized knowledge:

• Apple ecosystem (devices, store, software, SDK, protocols, formats, policies, biz model, userbase, UI guidelines, security, partnership programs, licensing, consumer and enterprise use etc)
• Android ecosystem (same as Apple, see above)
• Microsoft ecosystem [desirable]

• Excellent expertise and understanding of UI guidelines for iOS, Android, WP7 [desirable] phones and tablets.
• Trade-off analysis and decision making for Native App vs Mobile Web.

• Understanding and vision for technologies and platforms:
• Wireless networks 2G, 3G, 4G; GSM, CDMA and infrastructure,
• Bluetooth, SMS, MMS,
• M2M,
• NFC, RFID, Mobile Payments, Barcodes/QR Codes,
• MEAP

• Proficient in Iterative/Spiral, Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Proficient in project management
• Enterprise solution approaches (B2C, B2B, S+S, SaaS, SDP, SOA etc)

Skills & Abilities:

• English upper intermediate or higher
• Russian upper intermediate or higher
• Deutsch [desirable]

• Excellent presentation
• Excellent estimation
• Excellent organizational and time-management
• Strong leader and team player, people motivation

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software projects development on technical or managerial leadership positions
• 3+ years of experience in developing complex solutions based on main mobile technologies( iOS, Android, WP7, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Symbian etc)
• Experience in back-end development (MS stack, Java stack, BPM/SOA)
• Expertise in Mobile Testing and Mobile Automated Testing
• Expertise in consulting (on-site visits, presales, workshops etc)
• Proven success in technical leadership and coaching
