We search for Solution Architect with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpose

Ensure that the technology objectives of Solution Group are aligned to the business goals.

Education:

• Computer science, Applied mathematics or equivalent education

Specialized knowledge:

• Expert knowledge of industry recognized architectural patterns and styles (N-Tier, SOA, Layered Architecture, MVC, Client-Server, Message Bus, etc)
• Expert knowledge of design patterns, design approaches and concepts (Inversion of Control, Separation of Concerns, Design by Contract, etc)
• Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Expert knowledge of design, coding, unit testing, configuration management best practicesExpert knowledge of development tools, libraries, frameworks according to SDO standards
• Expert knowledge of several programming languages
• Proficient knowledge of principles of Enterprise Architecture
• Understanding of software development life cycles
• Knowledge of software quality metrics (Loose coupling, cyclomatic complexity, code coverage, etc)Understanding of advanced RDBMS concepts and DB design approaches
• Understanding pros and cons of various design, coding, testing approaches
• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Understanding of offshore software development specifics

• English upper-intermediate level and higher

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development and 3-5 years of Software Architecture industry experience

Professional Certification:

• SCJP/SCJD/SCWCD/SCBCD/SCDJWS (Desirable)
• MCP/MCTS/MCPD (Desirable)
• IBM SOA (Desirable)
• TOGAF (Desirable)
