Робота: QA Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Planning, organization and coordinating QA process
Requirements analysis, test planning and design of test cases
Communicating with the project stakeholders to prioritize work to be done
Assigning tasks to individuals and execution control
Responsible of stabilizing and improving the application quality

Requirements:
6+ years QA experience to qualify complex software systems
3+ years QA team leadership
Good knowledge of QA practices and software development methodologies
Experience in writing software testing documentation
Leading and tutoring skills
Experience in testing web-applications
Experience in test automation
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and high level of English is a must

As a plus:
Javascript or other scripting language experience
eCommerce applications testing experience
