New Lviv Tour Agency Seeks Part-Time TOUR GUIDE / CONCIERGE.

A good candidate should:
• Have extensive experience working as a TOUR GUIDE or CONCIERGE in Lviv
• Be proficient in spoken ENGLISH or speak GERMAN, ITALIAN, or SPANISH at an intermediate or better level
• Live in LVIV
• Feel RESPONSIBILITY to deliver quality customer service
• Be comfortable using Word, Excel and communication tools such as Skype

An ideal candidate would:
• Have work experience at an established tour company
• Have experience working with business travelers (interpreting for business meetings, organizing tours and conferences, accommodations and additional services)
• Excellent written English

Key Duties would include:
• Organizing and leading customized tours with a high-level of “turn-key” service
• Arranging accommodations, dining and other entertainment options for guests seeking a “special” experience
• Phone and email correspondence with guests for pre-arrival planning and post-service feedback
• Various administrative duties as necessary

Salary:
• PER HOUR RATE with a monthly minimum salary
