We search for Senior QA/QC Analyst with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Education:

• Computer science, Applied mathematics or similar

General requirements:

• Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (RUP, Agile etc.) and contemporary software quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of differences in software products which results in different testing approaches.
• Understanding of product quality monitoring and its development approaches.
• OOP (Object Oriented Programming);
• Experience with Web and Desktop Applications; Data Base knowledge and SQL (Structured Query Language);
• Windows OS Administration skills;
• English upper-intermediate, good communication skills

Preferable skills:

• Strong technical skills and experience in software testing working for Software Development Company as Senior QC Engineer
• Good knowledge of Quality Control process and procedures, inclined to development type of work;
• *nix OS and networks knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Designing, establishing, and executing test plans that will be delivered with a product within established specifications.
• Providing general supervision, organization, and guidance for the QC staff during the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of applications.
• Analysis of client business area. Evaluation of client’s requirements and demands in the initial project phase when minimum project related information is available.
• Impact analysis and inspection of all possible items for inaccuracies and completeness of realization based on specifications or requirements, changes to requirements, system changes related to regression testing or defect fixing; preparation of corresponding documents/conclusions to avoid similar problems in the future.
• Internal and external quality reports (test execution, test summary, etc.) at various project stages and design of templates for management/client staff review.
• Functional and non-functional testing types execution
• Mentoring and Coaching of QC staff
