Робота: Senior Technical Director (Remote teams)

US based Internet Ad Video Network solution provider is looking for Senior Technical Director, who is able to work and direct development teams from home remotely.

Responsibilities

This position requires vast experience in leadership, program engineering and deep understanding of technology. You will be a key and the only contact for business, synchronizing efforts between multiple remote development teams.

* Managing existing development teams in Ukraineand Romania
* Product Requirements management
* Product delivery
* Following accepted budget constraints
* Ensuring quality of product versions and prototypes


Mandatory Requirements:

* MS Degree in Computer Science or related
* 5+ years of working experience in web development, preferably rich media technologieswith use of LAMP (PHP) stack for both *nix and windows platforms
* 3+ years of working experience as a team leader or project manager with experience in several development methodologies, tools and software architecture
* Experience with Online video and/or Adobe Flash/Flex based projects will be a huge plus
* Excellent presentation, communication and people skills
* Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English language
* Ability to go for frequent business trips to USA
