Робота: Customer Support Analyst

International Software Development Company with head office in the UK, which is developing software solutions for financial business, is looking for Customer Support Analyst.

Main requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience as support analyst /customer support management or related
• 1+ years of working experience in IT on a commercial project (financial services are proffered)
• Basic knowledge of .Net, C++ and Java development tools and technologies, test frameworks and build scripts
• Understanding of data transportation, TCP/IP, databases
• At least Upper Intermediate level of spoken English
• Ability to work in a team remotely from home

Main Responsibilities:

• First line technical support and issue management for customers remotely via the telephone, email, and JIRA issue tracking system, online support forums
• Ensure all support procedures and service events, provide high quality support services
• Manage any support event issue escalation and deploy the resources required to manage these issues
• Provide feedback to development management regarding opportunities and/or
• Concerns relating to existing customer/venue/partner issues
• Extract key FAQ and knowledge base information from routine questions/answers with users to include this information within the online reference FAQ’s and user guide documentation
