Fast growing fashion concierge company is looking for

Fashion Sourcing Manager

to join our virtual office team, working independently from home
1 Full Time, or 2 Part Time Sourcing Assistants are required,
working hours will be flexible according to the business needs
2 shifts (based on GMT+2 Time),
3 Days for Part time (Salary 5000 grn), 6 Days for Full time (Salary 10,000 grn)
7AM-4PM Gulf and Europe shift
4PM-12PM Europe and USA shift

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Fluent in other language, Russian, Hindu, Arabic and Chinese.
• Education - High School/College or Higher
• Experience in similar work is beneficial but not must have
• Strong Interest in Fashion, attention to Detail
• Must have: Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Manage all Sourcing, report to Shipping Manager
• Communicate with Sales team and Finance team
• Strong Math skills and understanding of International Trade (Import/Export operations)

Job Duties:

1. Twice a Day: Collect information about new orders and enquiries from our customer
service team (priority 1- orders, priority 2 - enquiries from VIP clients, priority 3 - all
other enquiries)
2. Source required items in specific colour and style, using network of our contacts.
3. Call stores in London, NY, Paris and Dubai. Send emails to customer service teams
of the brand.
4. Be polite, professional and nice and maintain good relationship with suppliers and
business contacts.
5. Be proactive and keep chasing suppliers until the requested products are found and
ordered.
6. Follow up with the finance department to make sure found products are sourced,
paid for and are being shipped to the client.
7. Report to the Shipping Manager, with exact or approximate dates when each order
is gonna be shipped out.
8. Resolve and communicate any issues fast, independently, in a calm and professional
manner
