Skyline Health Group created to provide communities with high-quality digital content to inform, support, and help those affected by addiction. We are looking for a Social Media Managers to implement our organization’s social media strategy in order to boost brand visibility, visitor engagement, and audience.

The responsibilities will involve managing our brand’s online presence by producing good content, building & engaging with community, analyzing usage data, and managing projects and campaigns.

Salary: Depending on Experience (starting at $1,100 / month)

Job Responsibilities:

achieve a social media strategy goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
manage social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube and Instagram
plan content and delivery and use tools like HootSuite and Asana to manage multiple social media channels
creation of engaging SM content
collaborate in developing and management of campaigns that promote our brand
understand principles of content marketing and SEO
listen to customer needs via SM monitoring tools
form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics etc.
Qualifications:

advanced level of English (American) and perfect grammar
at least 2 years of proven working experience as a SMM manager. Experience in technology and marketing sectors will be a plus
a solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
online community management
creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
strong written communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects
the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
excellent teamwork and networking skills
