Робота: Lead UI/JavaScript Engineer

On behalf of our client, an aggressively growing US startup, is looking for a Lead UI/JavaScript Engineer to join our office which will based in Ukraine (Kyiv).
Our client company is building a cloud-based app that makes it easy to build and deploy highly accurate predictive models.
We’re looking for people who learn quickly, build fast, and have what it takes to work in a high pressure start-up. We don’t care about where you went to school or how credentialed you are.
This position is for a technical lead for the frontend engineering team. You'll be in charge of a 3-5 people team building innovative products to that are truly disruptive and impactful.
The job requires the ability to rapidly prototype new features, demonstrate them to various stakeholders (end users, product managers, corporate management) and peers, accept feedback and revise/refine the implementation as necessary.
The ideal candidate should bring new ideas from concept to implementation, write quality code, participate in design/development discussions, then translate mock-ups into working application design.

Requirements:
• Experience in a development environment that emphasizes test writing as part of the component implementation process
• Experience managing and providing technical leadership to teams
• Very strong frontend UI engineering skills
• Excellent understanding of development concepts and methodologies
• Experience in agile scrum development environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Functional technical English on intermediate level
Minimum technical experience required: 4 years
