Робота: Partnership Program Coordinator

SoftServe is looking for an experienced Partnership Program Coordinator to join our professional team.

Job Purpose
Coordinate enrollments and memberships’ maintenance activities within a determined set of partnership programs. Close collaboration with different Partnership vendors, business plans agreements and supporting strategic partnership initiatives.

Education:
• Master degree in Computer Science or similar
• Marketing or management education (desirable)

Experience:
• At least 2 years in IT industry
• Previous similar program support (Microsoft or Oracle/IBM/Amazon etc.)

Specialized knowledge:
• Understanding of IT market trends
• General knowledge of software technologies and processes

Skills & Abilities:
• English intermediate strong level or higher
• Russian intermediate level or higher
• Good people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Business and marketing skills
• Good analytical skills
• Solid influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Team player
• Ability to analyze data and establish priorities
• Self-management, time-management and self-organization skills
• Mature with good attention for details and the ability to efficiently handle and organize a diversified range of activities
• Flexibility, attitude to focus on objectives and reach the expected results
• Ability to work on own initiative
