Робота: Senior DevOps Engineer

SoftServe is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our professional team.

Job purpose
DevOps Engineer fill the mission-critical role of ensuring that our complex, web-scale systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and designed to scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide root cause analysis of customer issues. Quickly identify root cause and provide customer with workaround where possible.
• Analyze diagnostic log files from Exchange network environments and GMM servers to determine appropriate steps for the Technical Support team to restore service to customers.
• Train Escalations Engineers and/or senior Technical Support Engineers in order they provide better support services for end customers.
• Work closely with development team on client issues and provide engineering with interface to the Technical Support team.

Experience:
• 3-5 years experience working with client issues; 7+ years work experience, ideally in software development or IT Administration
• Experience and desire for solving complex server and networking issues.. Hands on experience to work with complex enterprise solutions.
• An ability to read and analyze log files and correspond trace messages to C++ source code.
• Ability to read and understand C++ source code.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, SSL protocols
• Strong English-language written and oral communications skills
• Experience with standard network change management and configuration policies.
• Experience with Windows administration
• Experience with Exchange administration
• Shell or Perl scripting knowledge a plus
